W.Dragon made a
telephone call to Dick, "Dick, I have an IQ test question: If
you had made a contract with the seller of a real estate property,
but you want to void the contract, what would you do?"
Dick wished to find
out how to void the contract, so he made a phone call to me, "Agatha,
I have an IQ test question: If you had made a contract with the
seller of a real estate property, but you want to void the contract,
what would you do?"
I answered, "I
will try to find out if the real estate property has any illegal
constructions, then I can tell the seller I want to frustrate our
sales contract, because he did not tell me there are illegal
constructions, that is cheating, the contract should be voided."
Dick was happy to
tell W. Dragon.
The following
Monday, Dick heard that W. Dragon won a case, he was named "the
legend".
Dick wished to find
out why W. Dragon suddenly became a superstar.
A judge told Dick,
"W. Dragon made a precedent, he had voided a contract, so
clever, arguing that the untruth contract terms and the illegal
constructions make the contract illegal."
Dick went to
W.dragon's office, and escorted him to the ATM withdrawing cash to
pay for my consultation fees.
